Responsibilities
-Implement new user-facing features in Binance’s products which have a huge amount of PV everyday
-Write client-side code to create super-fast, easy-to-use, web-based applications which include website for both desktop and mobile browsers, and hybrid in-app pages
-Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale
-Build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, speedup development efficiency and improve code quality
Requirements:
-Above 5+ years developing production JavaScript code and strong knowledge of React.JS.
-Distributed/remote/global-team working experience.
-Your active Github/NPM portfolio.
-Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and server side techniques.
-Familiar with Server-Side Rendering.
-Familiar with the source code of one or two famous front-end libraries.
-Knowledge of TypeScript.

Responsibilities
-Maintain accounting books and prepare monthly reports to Global operations team
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, & annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting GAAP
-Work together with tax consultants to prepare and submit tax returns on time
-Review local contracts initiated by local office in particular on the payment terms
-Assess tax implication of the contracts
-Work with operation and compliance team to ensure the compliance of local rules and regulations
-Document & compile necessary reporting whilst liaising with external auditors
-Build & maintain banking relations
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration) is a must
-Good knowledge of local accounting GAAP, Certified Public Accountant is a plus
-More than 10 years of experience at relevant positions
-Familiar with local laws and regulations
-Experienced and knowledgeable of accounting software, payroll procedures, and management systems

Responsibilities
-Assist and support in the initial set up of our local organisation from a very early stage.
-Provide administrative support for all BUs including managing office suppliers, catering, meeting scheduling, travel bookings, courier logistics and other operational tasks.
-Coordination of employee events and activities, including annual dinner, team buildings, anniversary celebrations.
-Support office renovation and relocation as well as premise maintenance.
-Enhance and optimise corporate policies and proceedings.
-Manage budget planning, expense vendor management, purchasing and fixed asset management.
-Coordinate with Global HR and Admin teams to implement global strategies and tailor them to local needs.
-Partner with and support tasks from the local regional director.
-Be the on-the-ground expert for local knowledge and current affairs.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 to 7+ years experience in office management or administration.
-Fluent English. Knowledge of French are beneficial.
-Experienced with policy design, communication and process improvement.
-Prior experience in procurement or HR is a plus.
-Well organised, accountable with an attention to detail, hardworking and a quick learner.
-Can-do attitude, open-minded and approachable personality for understanding and supporting employees’ needs.
-Ability to handle multi-tasks under pressure.
